Ace martial artist taught martial arts and self-defense methods as a part of women empowerment initiative by the hotel and his federation

Chitah Yajnesh Shetty Conducts Self-Defense Program for Women Associates of ‘The Resort’

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: A three-day ‘Women’s Empowerment and Self Defense Event’ was organized by Chitah Jeet Kune Do Global Sports Federation and The Resort from 1st to 3rd November 2022 at The Resort, Madh-Marve, Malad (West), Mumbai, which was successfully concluded.

As a part of the initiative, Federation President Chitah Yajnesh Shetty trained the women workforce of the hotel in martial arts and self-defense methods. He had designed an exclusive programme for the women of The Resort. During the event, the ace martial artist also imparted knowledge on physical fitness to the participants. On the third day, all the participants of the workshop were facilitated with certificates.

Talking about the event, Chitah Yajnesh Shetty said, “Training the women staff with self-defense techniques is an extremely great initiative. All the hoteliers should conduct such events which will boost the morale of all the female employees. Such workshops not only prepare women to fight against any unpleasant situation but also give them an opportunity to focus on their fitness.”
