We are thrilled to announce a transformative milestone in women’s healthcare—CGCON 2024, South India’s first-ever Cosmetic Gynecology Congress. Held on the 16th and 17th of November at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Egmore, Chennai, this landmark event was dedicated to advancing women’s intimate health and wellness.
It was our privilege to have Prof. Dr. K. Narayanasamy, Vice-Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, grace the occasion as Chief Guest. His remarkable contributions to medicine and his unwavering commitment to advancing healthcare served as an inspiration for this groundbreaking initiative. We were equally honored by the presence of Mrs. Padmapriya Ravi, Managing Director of SRM Groups, as the Guest of Honor and Dr. Vijaya.S , OGSSI president. Their dedication to women’s empowerment and wellness embodies the very ethos of this congress.
Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Deepa Ganesh, Founder President of LVRII Chennai and Organizing President of CGCON 2024, the congress aimed to empower women and healthcare professionals by providing cutting-edge insights and innovative solutions. Expert-led sessions and open discussions delved into critical topics such as vaginal rejuvenation, pelvic health treatments, and the destigmatization of intimate healthcare.
A unique highlight of the event was a creatively designed VULVA-themed photo booth located outside the venue. This thoughtful and symbolic installation captured the core message of the congress: celebrating and normalizing women’s intimate health. Attendees enthusiastically visited the booth, took photos, and actively joined the movement to spread awareness and support for this vital cause.
