Sweety Pratik: The Woman Who Found Magic in Words and Mirrors

A child steps onto the stage—hands trembling, voice shaky. The crowd waits. A deep breath, a pause, and then—confidence. Words flow, and the audience is captivated. This is the magic of Sweety Pratik.

Sweety is a storyteller, a mentor, and a believer in the power of words. A management HR professional turned storyteller, she followed her passion for expression—through emotions, narratives, and the spoken word.

She founded Smilingsouls, an institute where children master the art of public speaking and dramatic storytelling. To her, every child has a voice that deserves to be heard. Her classes do more than teach; they transform, giving young minds the confidence to own any stage. Through her storytelling, she also nurtures a deep connection to Hindu traditions and culture, helping children embrace their roots in today’s fast-changing world.

Her stories extend beyond the classroom. On her social media platform, Soulfulstoriesbysweety, she shares words that comfort, inspire, and spark thought. Her book, Love Your Mirror, takes readers on a journey of self-love—urging them to embrace their reflection, flaws and all. The Hindi version, Thoda Pyar Khudse Bhi, carries the same powerful message, making it accessible to an even wider audience. Now, this transformative message is set to reach even more people as her book is in the process of being adapted into a web series!

But her storytelling doesn’t stop there. Her next book, “21 Bedtime Meditations”, is in the making. Designed for children, it will help parents nurture their child’s inner core and empower their minds while they sleep.

Beyond words, Sweety is deeply invested in holistic development. As a spiritual healer, she works with different modalities to help people align their energies and find inner peace. A strong advocate for holistic parenting, she encourages raising children with patience, love, and an understanding of their emotions.

Her impact has been recognized with the Influential Women Award, a testament to her dedication and influence.

For Sweety Pratik, storytelling is about changing lives. She gives children confidence, empowers women to embrace self-love, and reminds everyone to find beauty in the little moments. And this is just the beginning of her great journey ahead.
