Welcoming Namrata Tiwari as Director of Sales at Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow

We are thrilled to announce Namrata Tiwari’s appointment as the new Director of Sales at Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow. With over 15 years of distinguished experience in the Indian hospitality industry, Namrata brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in sales leadership to our team.

Namrata’s journey in the hospitality sector began in 2009 at Taj Pune, where she joined as a Sales Executive and quickly rose to the position of Senior Duty Manager. Her dedication and performance led her to Courtyard by Marriott Pune in 2012 as Sales Manager, where she achieved the prestigious Golden Circle status for 2013–2014. In 2014, she transitioned to Renaissance Lucknow as Associate Director of Sales, contributing significantly to the hotel’s growth and success. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales at Novotel Lucknow from 2022 to 2025, further honing her leadership skills in a competitive market.

Namrata holds a degree in Hotel Management from SBIHM and an MBA in HR from MIT Pune. Her extensive experience and dedication to excellence make her a valuable addition to our team.
