Dr. Shruti Dutt Shines as Esteemed Panelist at Viksit Bharat Conclave 2047 on 25-26. June in the Parliament, Edinburgh Scotland

Dr. Shruti Dutt, India’s leading Life Transformation Coach and founder of the Bloom System of Transaction was honored as a distinguished panelist at the prestigious Viksit Bharat Conclave 2047, held in Scotland on 26 th June 2025. The event, hosted by the Indo-UK Cultural Forum, brought together visionary leaders, educators, and changemakers from across the globe to discuss India’s role in shaping a thriving and inclusive future.

Representing the spirit of empowered Indian womanhood and entrepreneurial resilience, Dr. Shruti Dutt, also popular as Dilliwalinani, shared her insights on transformational education, emotional wellness, and the importance of mindset mastery in building Viksit Bharat.
