CGCON 2025 Marks Its 2nd Edition with Launch of Cosmetic Gynecology Society of India

Chennai successfully hosted CGCON 2025 – the 2nd Cosmetic Gynecology World Congress from December 12–14 at GRT Grand, T. Nagar, bringing together national and international experts to discuss advances in women’s intimate health.

A key highlight of the event was the launch of the Cosmetic Gynecology Society of India (CGSI) by Dr. Ezhilan Naganathan, Honorable Member of Legistative Assembly  & Member of State Planning Commission, Tamilnadu, in the presence of Dr. Sampathkumari, President of OGSSI (Obstetric & Gynaecological Society of Southern India), Dr. Premalatha, President CMS (Chennai Menopause Society) Dr. Hephzibah Kirubamani  IMS (Indian Menopause Society) Dr. Lila Vyas, (FOGSI), Dr. Manjula Anagani, Padmashree awardee and other OGGSI members.

Dr. Deepa Ganesh, Organizing Chairperson and President of CGSI, shared the purpose of the society:

“CGSI is committed to raising the standards of cosmetic and functional gynecology through ethical practice, evidence-based training, and improved access to safe intimate health solutions for women across India.”

CGCON 2025 featured expert sessions on vaginal rejuvenation, pelvic wellness, aesthetic procedures, regenerative therapies, and emerging technologies—reaffirming Chennai’s role as a leading hub for cosmetic gynecology and women’s wellness ,said  Dr. Shamika Dechamma, Organizing Secretary.
