Cotton Cloud Texofab: Redefining Hospitality Textiles Across Borders

Pune, Maharashtra (India), March 11, 2025: AIn just three years, a Pune-based hospitality textile company has rapidly become one of the market leaders of the industry. Cotton Cloud Texofab has created a diverse clientele serving more than 3,000 hotels across not just India but also expanding into International markets like Dubai, Nepal, Sri Lanka and more.

28-year-old entrepreneur Vaibhav Dhawale founded the company in 2022. He positioned Cotton Cloud differently by replacing polyester-based hospitality linen with premium 100% cotton alternatives that prioritize comfort, durability, and skin-friendliness.

“Our mission has always been to transform the hospitality experience through quality textiles that benefit both the end-users and hoteliers,” says Dhawale, Founder and CEO of Cotton Cloud Texofab. “The rapid growth we’ve witnessed validates our commitment to innovation and sustainability in an industry that was long dominated by synthetic materials.”

Owing to its rapid growth and popularity, Cotton Cloud Texofab made headlines with their supply of more than 12,000 comforters to the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj – the largest religious gathering in the world. The company’s significant participation in this prestigious project clearly demonstrated the company’s reliability and manufacturing capabilities on a national scale.

The company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Narol, Gujarat, and a distribution network spanning 250+ outlets across India, has allowed Cotton Cloud Texofab to establish and strengthen partnerships with major hospitality businesses like AIRBNB’s,  Bloom, Marriott, Treebo and OYO Townhouse.

“The hospitality industry is increasingly recognizing that quality linen is not just about luxury—it’s about creating sustainable, comfortable environments that enhance guest satisfaction and reduce long-term costs,” notes Dhawale. “Our success in building a PAN-India presence in such a short time demonstrates the market’s readiness for this new product offering.”

The sophisticated manufacturing process, extensive network and the innovative idea behind Cotton Cloud Texofab continues to fuel its expansion into global markets, catering to the needs of its customers.
