What motivated you to get bring a concept change to Shabd E Jashan 2.0 ?
My motivation to introduce a concept change to outsource(partially) this year’s event was positioned specifically for a far reach and connect to larger audiences.This stemmed from the fact that Art is multifaceted, driven by my overarching mission to empower artists across the country, and promote insights to art and literature particularly through accessible and impactful literary works across the country .My ideology has always helped around a paradigm shift to bring a concept change to literature or art events and contests as rooted in my comprehensive vision for a more equitable and empowered balance for pursuit of excellence, where literature and art serves as a catalyst for individual and collective transformation.

I joined Karb E Ehsaas in 2022 as a regular member and was offered administrative roles and an equal stake in the community by its founder, though I have consistently declined these offers in every foundation to maintain my stance against working for titles or posts as distracts me from the purpose of uplifting mankind to the bigger gifts of Gratitude and Compassion in life .My journey with Karb E Ehsaas has been characterized by a professional demeanor and adherence to work protocols, even when I took a break and moved on in between for personal growth.In any organisation or foundation I am aligned to I chose to maintain a dignified silence both personally and publicly to protect the integrity of the camaraderie with the founder(s) with mutual respect and uphold professional work ethics.This approach aligns with my broader philosophy of not engaging with speculations to maintain professionalism and avoid unnecessary drama except for constructive work only.My contributions to the broader literary and social landscape, which align with Karb E Ehsaas’s mission, include my focus on themes of feminism, gender equality and neutrality and mental health awareness. My vision of a good foundation is multifaceted, deeply rooted in principles of gender equality, self-belief, social justice, and holistic empowerment for women and all individuals .I do believe that strong foundations in society are built upon the recognition and equal valuing of every gender, leading to progress in all aspects of life .My perspective emphasizes that gender equality is not merely a human right but a necessary condition for a prosperous and thriving world . I do assert that true societal advancement occurs when both men and women are entitled to similar opportunities in decision-making, health, politics, infrastructure, and professions A core component of my foundational vision is the power of self-belief and inner reflection . I do champion this idea that individuals, particularly women, must cultivate self-worth and the ability to make their own choices while pursuing their passion such as art or literature and even music. This self-belief is crucial for overcoming challenges and achieving personal and societal goals .
