Sushant Kale 

Sushant Kale is a renowned criminal lawyer who specializes in Criminal, cyber crime, Money Laundering, etc. In his 3 years of experience, he has seen several criminal cases. He will bring his vast experience to the table to discuss the effects of media trials on criminal cases in India. He will also explore the implications of such trials on the justice system, and how it affects the way society perceives criminal cases.

Harsh Buch

Harsh Buch is an Associate Partner at TMT Law Practice. He commenced his practice in 2015 obtaining his LL.B degree from the University of Mumbai after his graduation in BSc. Computer Science. Harsh advises and represents several Multi-National Companies on various other laws like Collaboration and Joint Venture Agreements, Media law, Energy Laws, and Project Infrastructure and Construction laws. Harsh is a member of the Singapore Maritime Arbitration Centre and an empanelled legal advisor for the Merchant Navy Welfare Board (India) and the National Maritime Foundation India.

Aakriti Singh

Aakriti Singh is a practicing advocate based in New Delhi. She graduated in BBA LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Corporate Laws from School of Law, UPES Dehradun, where she developed her interest in Corporate Governance and Competition law. She has experience in dealing with cases related to criminal law, property law, competition law, money laundering and service matters. She has represented clients before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and other tribunals. She has played an active role in Google v CCI in NCLAT on behalf of the Competition Commission of India. She also has an in-depth experience in criminal trials and bail petitions.
