Surat (Gujarat) [India], 18 September, 2024 : Senior officials from Ras-Al-Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Sphira Mathur and Abhijit Pandhare, are visiting Surat from September 18-20 to issue licenses to businessmen from Surat and other Gujarat cities, enabling them to operate in Dubai. During their stay, the officials will conduct seminars and one-on-one meetings with entrepreneurs. Over 50 Surat-based businessmen will receive licenses directly, eliminating the need for agents. RAKEZ offers customized packages, including co-working spaces, warehouses, offices, land, and security services.

Vikunj Ambalia, Director of Mantra General Trading LLC and authorized RAKEZ referral partner, stated that the organization’s participation in Surat’s Yarn Expo garnered significant interest from local businessmen in setting up Dubai-based operations. Following the success of RAKEZ’s August seminar, which drew over 200 Gujarat-based entrepreneurs, Mathur and Pandhare will provide personalized meetings and on-the-spot licenses. Businessmen can now directly connect with RAKEZ without intermediaries. RAKEZ issues licenses across various sectors: commercial, education, e-commerce, general trading, individual/professional, industrial, and media.
