1Point1 Solutions Wins Leadership Award from Skill India Foundation for Outstanding Apprenticeship Training

One Point One Solutions Ltd. (NSE: ONEPOINT), a leading provider of digital business solutions, has been honoured with the prestigious Leadership Award for 2024–25 by the Skill India Foundation. This recognition highlights 1Point1’s exceptional commitment to the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), where the company has consistently welcomed over 400 apprentices each month, empowering young people across India with practical, industry-relevant skills.

NATS, a flagship programme under the Skill India Mission, provides hands-on training that bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world employment, empowering participants with practical industry skills. The Skill India Mission itself is a not-for-profit developmental initiative dedicated to improving the socioeconomic status of individuals across both organised and unorganised sectors by delivering targeted training and employment opportunities.

The award was presented by Mr. Murali Kasinath, CEO of Skill India Foundation, and Mr. Harsh Vardhan, Head of Apprenticeship at Skill India Foundation.

Receiving the award, the spokesperson for 1Point1 Solutions commented:

“We are truly honoured to receive this recognition from the Skill India Foundation. This award is a testament to our team’s passion for nurturing young talent and our ongoing commitment to developing a skilled, future-ready workforce. Through our apprenticeship programmes, we strive to provide meaningful opportunities that empower individuals and contribute to India’s growth story. We look forward to continuing our journey of supporting and shaping the next generation of professionals.”

Building on its achievements, 1Point1 Solutions also received a “Certificate of Appreciation” from the Telecom Sector Skill Council for its outstanding performance in the 2024 National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). By enrolling more than 600 apprentices each month under NAPS, 1Point1 continues to set a benchmark for corporate involvement in national skill development.
