Sana-di-ge in Lutyens’ Delhi invites you to experience the traditional flavors of the coast. Indulge in an array of mouth-watering dishes from the west coast of India; savor delicacies from the coast of Kerala to Mangalore, also presenting the cuisine of Goa to the coast of Maharashtra. Beat the heat with a splendid selection of refreshing cocktails curated by our star mixologist.

The superlative menu presents dishes curated to perfection using conventional cooking methods and freshly sourced ingredients, which is sure to transport you to the kitchens of the coast brining in one-of-a-kind of experience. Dive into the coastal fun with delicacies like pomfret marinated with Mangalorean spices wrapped and cooked in banana leaf called Fish Uppu Munchi, Karwari Squid a curry leaf flavored squid, coated with semolina and crisp fried, Meen Roast Surmai pan-tossed in a tangy spice mix with shallots and shallow fried, and a special treat to look for is a crab meat preparation cooked in a blend of scrumptious spices called Crab Malipuram. We also have Prawn Pudina Fry, and a Mangalorean special Karvali Fish Curry wherein fresh fish is cooked in a zesty gravy, Malabar Chemmeen Curry, slow cooked Crab Dum Biryani and to satiate your sweet tooth we have a unique delicacy from the streets of the coast Khus Khus Payasam.
