This 3500 sqft. penthouse was completed in eight months from scratch, with each room reflecting the owner’s taste and the designer’s vision.
The project is located in the heart of Tricity. The client shared love for minimalism with small details. The idea was to add some fun for a young family to entertain guests and make the space their luxury abode. Each room was worked with mood lights to add some ambience.The Design Salad played with experimental colour tones like mustard in the guest bedroom, while a soft splash of turquoise was added to the master. The large living space had some soft pastel hues with some styling elements to elevate the space.
Each space in the house was based on the owner’s requirement, making them feel like a part of each corner without losing the design.
About the Designer : Nitika Arora’s design style is eclectic, modern, fresh, yet rooted in warmth and comfort. She possesses an eye for details and is passionate for interiors since her school days. Born and raised in Delhi, Nitika has acquired her Bachelors in Interior Design through Chelsea College of Arts (University of Arts, London). Design was not her stopping point, she knew her expertise as a leader was to be polished as well, for which she went on to complete her Masters in Design Management from BIAD (Birmingham City University, UK) and a MBA in Global Business from Coventry University (UK) in the following years.
Nitika’s projects have covered a vast spectrum of design styles over the years. She now leads a team of dedicated professionals who are focused towards providing perfectly proportioned spaces and custom designs for each client.
About the Brand :The Design Salad was formed in 2014 and has evolved over the years into a full serviced design studio. We are currently catering to various commercial offices, Restaurants and Residential spaces across India. With a vast knowledge of furnishings and design, and an array of experiences in construction, we provide our clients with everything from floor plans, construction details, and finish selections to furnishings, lighting, and accessories for styling.
