Rajapushpa Secures 10.09 Acres at TGIIC Auction in Osman Nagar

Hyderabad, (Telangana) [India] April 24, 2026: Leading real estate developer Rajapushpa has successfully secured Plot No. 1, measuring 10.09 acres, at the land auction conducted by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) in Osman Nagar.

The auction featured multiple parcels, including Plots 1 and 6, with Rajapushpa emerging as the successful bidder for Plot 1. Strategically located adjacent to the company’s flagship Rajapushpa Lifestyle City, a 400+ acre integrated township, this acquisition further strengthens the brand’s long-term development vision in the region.

Commenting on the development, Bharath Raj Reddy, Director, Rajapushpa, who heads the residential wing of the firm said: “This land parcel will serve as a key gateway to our 400+ acre township. We are planning a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development comprising a premium retail mall and a gated residential community, further enhancing the overall ecosystem of Rajapushpa Lifestyle City.”

The total value of the acquired land stands at approximately ₹517 crore, translating to around ₹51.25 crore per acre. This acquisition marks another significant step in Rajapushpa’s commitment to creating large-scale, integrated lifestyle destinations in Hyderabad.
