Sawan Mahotsav by first Bhumihar Mahila Samaj

In the month of Devadhidev Mahadev’s beloved Sawan, the first Bhumihar Mahila Samaj in Yo China, located in the Bandar Bagicha of the capital Patna, also celebrated the Shravani Festival ‘Rimjhim Barse Sawan’ cum “amrit mahotsav” festival of independence, in which the women of Bhumihar society  enthusiastically participated. On this occasion, competitions like henna, sangeet, dance and Sawan Queen were also organized, where there was a lot of fun and excitement.

Along with this, the women of the society also celebrated the independence of the country and made the Amrit Mahotsav theme of independence memorable. Earlier, Roopa Vatsyayan became the winner of Sawan Queen Competition in Shravani Mahotsav. That is, Roopa Vatsyayan became the Sawan Queen, while Kavya and Kavita got the Best Henna Award. During this, the question-answer round has also been going on in the middle of the quiz competition. At the same time, Jhula song and Sawan song tied the knot. While other songs and dances made the program awesome by all beautiful ladies.

The women present on the occasion glimpsed of wearing sixteen adornments in green clothes. Program was gracefuly commenced in the presence of honorable Chief Guest Samiksha Kumarji, wife of Honorable Judge of Patna High Court, the founder of the first Bhumihar Mahila Samaj. Mukta, Usha, Divya, Anamika, Neeru, Mamta, Neera, Rinita along with other dignitaries of the city attended it. And thoroughly enjoyed the Shravani festival.
