Empowering Future Entrepreneurs: Lexicon MILE’s Startup Summit “Ideas to Impact”

Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence (Lexicon MILE) recently hosted the inspiring Startup Summit “Ideas to Impact,” an event aimed at nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. This dynamic summit featured keynotes, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned business leaders to share their experiences, challenges, and successes. The event provided students with invaluable insights and reinforced the institute’s commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

Nasir Shaikh, Group CEO of The Lexicon Group of Institutes, EduCrack, and Easy Recruit+, emphasized, “We are committed to cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit, providing resources, expert mentorship, and a support system to transform innovative ideas into thriving businesses.”

Keynote speakers, including Sangeeta Sharma and Pranav Sharma of Sharma Ji Ka Atta, discussed critical topics like customer acquisition, building sustainable businesses, and the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset. Dr. Manju Punia Chopra, Director – PGDM at Lexicon MILE, moderated a panel discussion on the foundations of successful startups, emphasizing the value of innovative ideas and practical management experience.

Through engaging discussions and expert insights, the summit significantly advanced Lexicon MILE’s mission of creating job creators and nurturing entrepreneurial talent, preparing students to thrive in a dynamic business landscape.

Lexicon MILE’s curriculum includes ten additional certifications to meet industry demands, with a special focus on Entrepreneurship. This certification explores entrepreneurship ideologies, social entrepreneurship frameworks, and strategies to foster an innovation culture. The program offers a hands-on learning experience with real-world projects and expert mentorship.

The institute also houses an Incubation Lab where students receive faculty mentorship and guidance to launch their ventures, including support for patent filing. The recent Startup Summit “Ideas to Impact” was a key initiative, featuring entrepreneurs who shared their journeys and challenges, offering students a wealth of knowledge and inspiration.
