Youth leader Yatender Rao and his success mantra

Yatender Rao is no unknown name in social and political circuit in Haryana. A postgraduate in Law and Management, Yatender entered politics during early student life and with a vision to help people selflessly, founded NGO Jaihind Jansewa Foundation having its Head office in Ateli (Mahendergarh) and several branch offices in different locations. Today he is not only a successful politician but also a first generation entrepreneur making many success stories and has had inspirational journey so far. Yatender Rao served on many key positions in BJP youth wing as State Vice President, State Executive Member, and State head of Study Circle for over a decade and is currently Vice President in BJP.

As much as Yatender is inclined towards expanding his business ventures, he is equally passionate about making his contribution to several causes. He has been voluntarily working towards many such causes through his NGO across the state and especially in South Haryana. This involves regular health and check-up camps, blood donation camps, job fairs, helping needy people, environmental drives, skill-training workshops etc. In a time where humanity has struggled to get back on its feet, Yatender Rao has been putting in his best foot forward to help people across the area and received appreciation letters from Chief Minister of Haryana, Red Cross and many other reputed organizations for his efforts and work done during Covid-19 pandemic.

According to Yatender Rao, Entrepreneurs are not just prolific business magnets, but they also hold expertise in time management, leadership and are proactive in taking quick decisions. Working towards the betterment of society is one of the profound qualities of entrepreneurs. He perfectly fits in this category and has proved his prowess as an inspiring figure.

Yatender Rao gives credit for his success to hard work; never giving up attitude, dedication and immense love from family, friends and people in every situation. He believes that hard work and exposure is more important than any college degree or certification. Yatender advises the youth to focus on skills and practical exposure along with the required academic qualification. He also urges youth to stay away from drugs and other social evils and to concentrate on healthier lifestyle. Youth is the time in our lives that teaches us how to make decisions and start making reasonable choices for our betterment, and these are the years that build our character and is a very crucial part of our development. Yatender made right choices throughout, which makes his life purposeful and successful.

Today’s youth should take inspiration from Yatender to contribute positively towards humanity and nation. The passion and the energy in this period of our lives, when put to something very creative and useful can easily lead to developing our skills and leading us to a bright future right away. Youth and life indeed flashes by itself, in the blink of an eye. That is why you need to ask yourself what you can do for society and the country. God has vested all power in the hands of the youngsters so that they can perform their duties effectively. They should start thinking positively and creatively.

Yatender Rao quotes, “Youth makes about 65% of the population in our country and can play an important role in every field, and if they are determined to put in their best then no one can stop them from achieving success.” The youth of any nation and society are its potential energy. National development is now in the hands of the young generation. The older generation has passed on the baton to the youth. Swami Vivekananda once said, my faith is in the younger generation, the modern generation and out of them will come to my workers. This quote describes the impact the Youth can have on society

Yatender Rao mentions, it would not be wrong to say that today’s youth are the powerhouse and storehouse of infinite energy and are the pride of a nation. The faces of young people are the faces of our past, our present and our future. No segment in the society can match with the power, idealism, enthusiasm, and courage of the young people.
